The Very Useful 2: Audiobooks

Start by getting setup with Audible– Especially if you have any degree of commute, then I can’t recommend Audible enough. Listening to books is infinitely more productive and enjoyable than mediocre radio stations. There are different tiers of subscriptions, but the lowest level has been fine for me. As much as we LOVE podcasts, Audiobooks serve a different purpose.

The Trick here is to aim for really long audiobooks, as your monthly credit counts for ANY book regardless of price or length. Some of my absolute favorites are below, many of which I probably wouldn’t have had it in me to read all the way through. Your first book is also free.

Andrew Huberman PhD puts on an in depth masterclass on biology of smell, breathing and taste. You don\’t want to miss this one and he\’ll even teach you  how to improve your sense of smell and alter how you perceive different foods!
