Different Thoughts = Different Results

    • One study found that after trading negative emotions for positive ones for just 4 days two genes that suppress cancer growth and the formation tumors were activated and upregulated, the genes that stimulate stem cell production were upregulated, and neurogenesis (the growth of new brain cells) increased
